I. INTRODUCTION

Training at the master's level in Construction Economics with an applied orientation helps students improve their professional knowledge and professional skills; have the ability to work independently and creatively; have the ability to manage groups, organizations and businesses; organize and carry out complex tasks in professional activities, promote and effectively use knowledge in performing specific tasks, suitable to the actual conditions of agencies, organizations and economic units; can continue to participate in doctoral training programs

The Master of Construction Economics program with an application orientation not only equips students with academic knowledge but also helps them transform management thinking into practical action. With the training goal focusing on improving professional skills, economic capacity in construction and the ability to solve complex problems, graduates will have an outstanding competitive advantage to take on leadership and senior expert positions in today's diverse labor market. After graduating from this program, students will have enough courage to take on key roles such as: Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Project Director when applying comprehensive capacity to plan strategies, coordinate resources and make survival decisions for the business; Head of functional departments/divisions with a management mindset, students can lead departments such as Project Management, Infrastructure Economics, etc. at multinational corporations or large domestic enterprises, ensuring smooth and effective operations; Analyst and strategic planner in construction projects, where the ability to analyze projects and orient long-term construction project development is required; Start-up and Manage Private Enterprises, have enough confidence to build new business models, operate start-ups with systematic management thinking, minimize risks in the initialization phase; Participate in teaching Project Management, Construction Economics at Universities, colleges or work at economic institutes/construction project management. This is an important stepping stone to progress to a Doctorate (PhD) degree.
