MISSION
The University of Transport Technology (UTT) is committed to training and providing high-quality human resources with a focus on applied, multidisciplinary, and multi-sectoral education. The University also engages in scientific research and technology transfer to serve the development of the transport sector and the nation. Its mission aligns with global development trends and the integration of Vietnam’s higher education into the advanced educational systems of the region and the world.
VISION
By 2030, the University aims to offer several academic programs that are on par with those of reputable universities in the region and internationally. UTT strives to become a center for applied scientific research, technology transfer, and international cooperation in the field of transport.
By 2045, UTT envisions becoming a smart university and a leading center for scientific research, technology transfer, and international collaboration in the transport sector.

Solidarity: The University’s academic community forms a unified and cohesive collective dedicated to its development. EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Application – Practical Learning – Career Orientation
Application: UTT’s training programs are application-oriented, with objectives and content developed based on the advancement of basic research and the application of core technologies into technological solutions, management processes, and the design of complete tools that serve practical production needs.
Practical Learning: All training programs are designed to ensure that practical and internship components—both on campus and at enterprises—account for at least 40% of the total curriculum. All teaching, learning, and examinations are conducted seriously and authentically.
Career Orientation: Training programs are closely aligned with the real demands of domestic and international enterprises, ensuring that graduates are employable immediately after graduation
