I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
The undergraduate program in E-Commerce is designed with an applied orientation, aiming to equip students with foundational knowledge in political theory, law, socio-economics, information technology, and foreign languages, serving as a basis for acquiring core and specialized knowledge in e-commerce and digital business. Professionally, the program provides a comprehensive system of knowledge ranging from economics, management, accounting, and marketing to specialized courses such as fundamentals and practices of e-commerce, website design and operation, database management, electronic payment systems, e-commerce law, operational management, financial management, digital supply chain management, digital business models and strategies, business data analysis, information security, and applications of modern digital technology platforms.
The program also emphasizes the development of professional skills and soft skills, including the ability to collect, synthesize, analyze, and evaluate market data for business decision-making; plan and implement e-commerce activities on websites, marketplaces, and social media; proficiently use digital tools, specialized software, foreign languages, and IT; and develop communication, negotiation, teamwork, systems thinking, self-learning, and innovation skills in the context of digital transformation.
Upon graduation, E-Commerce graduates can work as specialists or managers in business, marketing, e-commerce operations, and digital transformation departments of enterprises; officers implementing e-commerce applications in economic organizations and administrative or public service agencies; entrepreneurs in e-commerce and digital business startups; or teach and conduct research at educational institutions. Graduates also have the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies in economics and business fields.

The total volume of the entire program is 135 credits, not including Physical Education (04 credits) and National Defense and Security Education (09 credits).
