I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
The undergraduate Law program is designed with an applied orientation, aiming to equip learners with a comprehensive system of knowledge and a solid foundation to meet the demands of the legal labor market in the new context. Students are provided with basic knowledge of political theory, principles and laws of natural and social life, general and specialized law, as well as understanding of national defense, security, and the context of international integration. At the same time, the program offers in-depth knowledge of law, legal practice, and legal regulations in the field of transport, laying the groundwork for analyzing, applying, and resolving legal issues arising in practice.
In addition to the knowledge framework, the program emphasizes the development of professional skills, including legal reasoning, research and legal analysis; negotiation, contract drafting, and legal document preparation; and skills for handling situations and resolving disputes in legal practice. Students are trained to work independently or in teams, communicate and negotiate effectively, and are equipped with the ability to use foreign languages, information technology, and modern legal research tools to support their professional work.
The program aims to train Law graduates with self-learning and research capacity, professional demeanor, adherence to professional ethics, respect for the law, and the ability to adapt to diverse working environments in the context of digital transformation and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Upon graduation, students can take on various positions such as working at law enforcement agencies (courts, procuracy, enforcement agencies, etc.), Party and political-social organizations; legal service providers (law firms, notaries, bailiffs, etc.); enterprises and public service units in legal, human resources, or administrative roles; teaching and research at educational institutions; or working at non-governmental, intergovernmental, and international organizations with legal-related activities.
