Japanese audit team works at the University of Transport Technology

On March the 7th 2012, the audit team from Japan led by Mr. Sakuma came to work at the University of Transport Technology about the technical cooperation project on enhancing the training capacity in expressway sector in Vietnam.

Dr. Do Ngoc Vien – Party Secretary, Rector of the University; Dr. Vu Ngoc Khiem – Vice Rector and leadership of the Department of Science and Technology – International Cooperation and Faculty of Civil Engineering welcomed the audit team. The team measured the ODA capital effectiveness in technical projects. On behalf of the University, Dr. Do Ngoc Vien expressed gratitude to the Japanese Government for their assistance in enhancing the training capacity for the University. The Rector also gave brief introduction about the University and its effort in carrying out the project and committed to closely coordinate with Japanese experts to run an effective project and meet the initial objectives. Afterward, the audit team visited the laboratory and classes of the Civil Engineering Faculty.
