The survey team of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to work in The University of Transport Technology

(UTT) On August the 24th, The University of Transport Technology met with experts of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). They came to assess the effectiveness of survey activity at the beginning of technical cooperation project on “Enhancing the training capacity for the University of Transport Technology” funded by the Japanese Government.

Attending the meeting were Mr. Ngo Quoc Trinh – Head of Science and Technology, International Cooperation Faculty, Manager of the project; Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long – Head of Civil Engineering Faculty, leader of partner team; and on behalf of  JICA, Ms. Tomuro Maki JICA representative in Vietnam; Ms. Fujikawa Tomoko from, officer of  JICA Tokyo Evaluation Department.

At the meeting, the University provided information about the project activities, the choice of criteria for evaluation, coordination in conducting assessment test at the beginning of the semester and evaluating the effectiveness of the test towards the training and enhancing lecturers’ capacity in the University
