UTT Signs a Tripartite Cooperation Agreement with the Institute for Technology Application and Education Development (INTED) & LNP Solution Co., Ltd.
On the afternoon of September 30, the University of Transport Technology (UTT), the Institute for Technology Application and Education Development (INTED), and LNP Solution Co., Ltd. signed a tripartite cooperation agreement aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of collaboration in scientific research and the application of research outcomes in the University’s education and training activities.
Attending the signing ceremony were Dr. Ha Ngoc Anh, Director of the Institute for Technology Application and Education Development; Mr. Nguyen Dang Ba, General Director of LNP Solution Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Director of Educational Product Development at LNP Solution Co., Ltd., along with leaders, staff, and representatives from both the Institute and the Company.
From the University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long, Rector, presided over the ceremony; accompanied by Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Vice Rector; as well as representatives of various departments, experts, and faculty members.

EduChain, developed by LNP Solution Co., Ltd., is a social learning network application. During the discussions, delegates highlighted various opportunities and advantages in integrating advanced technologies such as AI and Blockchain into university-level training and research.

Dr. Ly Hai Bang, Director of the BIM and AI Center at UTT, presented and exchanged insights within the framework of the program.
At the event, representatives from all three parties—the University of Transport Technology, the Institute for Technology Application and Education Development, and LNP Solution Co., Ltd.—officially signed the cooperation agreement. This event marks an important milestone in strengthening scientific research collaboration and applying research outcomes to practical contexts, particularly in promoting digital transformation in education. The partnership aims to meet the demands of the modern era and contribute sustainable value to society.
