University of Transport Technology Holds the First Graduation Ceremony of 2026
On the morning of May 28, 2026, the University of Transport Technology (UTT) solemnly held the First Graduation Ceremony of 2026 to confer Doctoral, Master's, Engineering, and Bachelor's degrees. The ceremony marked a significant milestone for doctoral candidates, postgraduate students, and undergraduate students after years of study, research, and personal development at UTT.
Attending the ceremony were members of the University Board of Management, representatives of the Youth Union, leaders of faculties, institutes, and administrative units, as well as lecturers who had directly taught and supervised students throughout their academic journey. The event was also honored by the presence of numerous parents and family members, together with doctoral candidates, postgraduate students, and graduates who were officially recognized and awarded their degrees.

Several musical performances by UTT students opened the ceremony.
From early morning, the University campus was filled with the vibrant colors of graduation gowns and the joyful atmosphere of commencement day. Bouquets of flowers, congratulatory embraces, smiles, and commemorative photographs with lecturers, family members, and friends created unforgettable moments for graduates as they concluded their academic journey at UTT.
In his remarks at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Van Lam, Vice Rector of the University, extended his congratulations to the newly graduated Doctors, Masters, Engineers, and Bachelors on successfully completing their academic programs. He acknowledged the students' dedication, perseverance, and commitment throughout their studies at the University, while expressing confidence that they would continue to apply their knowledge, skills, and sense of responsibility as they embark on new chapters of their lives, making meaningful contributions to organizations, businesses, and society. He affirmed that the University would always support, follow, and take pride in the achievements of UTT alumni across generations.

At the ceremony, Dr. Ngo Quoc Trinh, Head of the Training Division, announced the decisions recognizing the conferral of Doctoral, Master's, Engineering, and Bachelor's degrees, as well as commendation decisions for students who achieved outstanding academic and extracurricular performance.
As part of the program, representatives of the University leadership awarded Doctoral degrees to two doctoral candidates, Master's degrees to 55 postgraduate students graduating in the fourth graduation round of 2025 and 77 postgraduate students graduating in the first graduation round of 2026. In addition, the University officially recognized and conferred undergraduate degrees upon 1,339 full-time students graduating in May 2026.
Representatives of the University leadership awarded Doctoral degrees to two doctoral candidates who had studied and conducted research at the University.
Dr. Tran Thanh An, Vice Rector of the University, conferred degrees upon newly graduated Master's degree recipients.
Dr. Tran Ha Thanh, Vice Rector of the University, conferred degrees upon graduates who achieved excellent academic standing.
In recognition of students' exceptional efforts in academic performance and personal development, the University awarded commendations to 1,036 students who demonstrated outstanding achievements throughout their studies. Warm applause from lecturers, families, and friends filled the venue as graduates stepped onto the stage to receive their degrees.
During the ceremony, the University also introduced support and incentive policies designed to encourage outstanding and high-achieving graduates to continue pursuing Master's degree programs at UTT, thereby creating opportunities for further academic and professional development.
The First Graduation Ceremony of 2026 concluded in a solemn and emotional atmosphere. Holding their degrees in hand, the newly graduated Doctors, Masters, Engineers, and Bachelors of the University of Transport Technology officially embarked on new journeys, carrying with them valuable knowledge, practical skills, and cherished memories from their time at UTT.
