Career Orientation Seminar for E-commerce Students: Equipping K76 Students for Success in the Digital Era

Recently, the E-commerce Program of the University of Transport Technology (UTT) organized a seminar entitled "Career Orientation for E-commerce Students", attracting the participation of faculty leaders, academic staff, lecturers, and all K76 students majoring in E-commerce.

The seminar was organized to help students gain a deeper understanding of the development trends in the e-commerce industry, businesses' recruitment demands, and the essential skills required to adapt to the working environment in the digital era. It also provided students with practical insights into career opportunities, enabling them to better define their academic and professional development pathways for the future.

Dr. Chu Thi Bich Hanh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Management, delivered remarks at the event.

The seminar featured experienced guest speakers from the fields of digital business, marketing, and e-commerce, including Mr. Hoang Tung, Chairman of BAO LONG and consultant for investment and development projects in the F&B and retail sectors; Ms. Tran Phuong, Founder of COVA MEDIA and Deputy Head of Communications of the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM); and Mr. Khai Tran, Founder of OCEANITY and Jetcom MCN, organizations providing e-commerce solutions, livestream services, and multi-platform affiliate marketing solutions.

During the seminar, the speakers addressed a variety of practical topics related to e-commerce development trends in the digital age, career opportunities for E-commerce students, and the essential competencies needed to meet the increasingly demanding expectations of businesses and employers. In addition to professional knowledge, the speakers emphasized the importance of soft skills, technological adaptability, creative thinking, and a proactive learning mindset for students in the context of rapid digital transformation.
