UNITOUR 2026 Kicks Off at UTT: Connecting Students with Digital Business and Career Opportunities
On the afternoon of 05 October 2026, UNITOUR 2026, themed “Breaking Digital Boundaries - Shaping the Future”, took place at the University of Transport Technology (UTT). As the first stop in the UNITOUR 2026 series, the programme provided students with practical knowledge of e-commerce, digital business, Digital Marketing, technology and career orientation.
Delivering the welcome remarks, Dr. Nguyen Van Lam - Vice Rector of the University emphasised the increasingly important role of technology, e-commerce and digital transformation in education and students’ career opportunities. As the labour market continues to change rapidly, gaining practical knowledge and keeping up with technological trends can help students become more proactive in their studies, develop essential skills and prepare for their future careers.

Following this, Mr. Tran Van Trong - representative of the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM) delivered the opening remarks. UNITOUR 2026 is expected to serve as a bridge connecting universities, students and businesses, enabling young people to gain access to new knowledge and learn from experts directly involved in business and e-commerce.

During the sharing session, Mr. Van Chinh - Founder and CEO of ECOM ACADEMY GROUP presented the topic “Overview of E-commerce and the Latest Trends in Omnichannel Management”, providing insights into the development of e-commerce and changes in omnichannel operations and management. Ms. Tran Quynh Ngan - representative of the Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) shared insights into building a personal brand and developing a career through websites using Vietnam’s national domain name. The session suggested ways to establish a presence in the digital environment, helping students build a competitive advantage in their job search and career development.

In the field of Digital Marketing, Mr. Thanh Bin - Head of Operations at Tuki Agency shared experience in attracting users, generating traffic and optimising conversion rates through Megalive. In addition, Ms. Dinh Thu Trang - Publisher Manager at ACCESSTRADE Vietnam shared insights into the application of artificial intelligence in omnichannel management and the automation of order-closing processes, highlighting the role of technology in optimising operations and improving online business efficiency.
One of the highlights of the programme was the panel discussion “Digital Business and Career Opportunities in Business, E-commerce and Information Technology”, with the participation of speakers and business representatives. Students’ questions and direct exchanges created a lively atmosphere, connecting professional topics with issues of interest to young people in their studies and career orientation.
Through thematic sessions and interactive activities, UNITOUR 2026 provided UTT students with further practical insights into digital business and a clearer understanding of the skills they need to develop to adapt to the requirements of the labour market.
