I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
The undergraduate program in Business Administration is designed with an applied orientation, aiming to equip students with a foundational system of knowledge in natural sciences, social sciences, political theory, law, economics, and modern management, serving as a basis for further study in core and specialized courses. Building on this foundation, students are provided with in-depth, comprehensive knowledge in business and marketing management, including strategic management, human resource management, financial management, production management, logistics management, consumer behavior, e-commerce, brand management, and customer relationship management, preparing them to organize and manage business operations in enterprises within the context of digital transformation and Industry 4.0.
The program also focuses on developing students’ core professional skills, such as analyzing the business environment, collecting and processing data for management decision-making; planning, organizing, monitoring, and adjusting business and marketing management activities; effectively using quantitative methods, IT tools, and foreign languages in professional tasks; communication, presentation, negotiation, teamwork, systems thinking, soft skills, as well as self-learning, research, and innovation in business management.
Upon graduation, Business Administration graduates can assume positions such as executive director, head or deputy head of business or marketing departments in small and medium enterprises; specialists in functional departments (business, marketing, human resources, strategic planning, customer care, etc.); assistants to managers in enterprise operations; teaching and researching in business management and marketing at vocational schools, colleges, and some universities. Graduates also have the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies in economics and management.
II. CURRICULUM STRUCTURE AND STUDY PLAN
The total volume of the entire program is 135 credits, not including Physical Education (04 credits) and National Defense and Security Education (09 credits).
