University of Transport Technology exchanges and collaborates with Deo Ca Group
On November 22, the University of Transport Technology held a meeting with representatives from Deo Ca Group to discuss potential collaboration in training human resources for the transportation sector in the near future.
Representing the university at the meeting were Dr. Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng – Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyễn Văn Lâm – Vice Rector; along with faculty members representing the Office of Science, Technology & International Cooperation, the Training Department, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, and BIM experts from the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
On behalf of Deo Ca Group, attendees included Mr. Lê Quỳnh Mai – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Ngọ Trường Nam – General Director, along with leaders from various departments and specialized units of the Group.

Overview of the Meeting
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Lê Quỳnh Mai provided an overview of the projects, development directions, and strategies that the corporation is currently implementing, as well as the demand for human resources in the transportation sector. He stated that, with the advantage of having a high-quality workforce of lecturers and students at the university, the two entities could easily collaborate on various research projects, construct suspension bridges, mountain tunnels, and urban tunnels; cooperate in specialized training, thematic programs, or short-term courses in the fields of road transportation, bridges, and railways; jointly implement technology transfer; conduct experiments; and inspect construction projects.

Mr. Lê Quỳnh Mai, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Đèo Cả Group, proposed a cooperation initiative between the two entities.
Dr. Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng, Vice Rector of the University, expressed gratitude for the cooperation interest from Đèo Cả Group and highly appreciated the proposals and expectations of the partner. The University agreed to collaborate with the Group in implementing cooperative projects for training high-quality human resources in the railway sector, exchanging personnel for participation in training and construction management activities.
