Career Fair 2025 – A Bridge Between Students and Enterprises

On the morning of April 28, 2025, the University of Transport Technology (UTT) officially inaugurated the Career Fair 2025 in a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, with the participation of nearly 100 reputable companies and recruitment organizations.

Attending the event, on behalf of the University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Hoàng Long – Rector of the University; Vice Rectors; leaders of various departments; along with a large number of students eager to explore job opportunities.

The annual Career Fair is organized by the University to create a bridge between students and employers, reaffirming its commitment to practice-oriented training that meets societal needs. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Hoàng Long emphasized: “Strengthening the link between training and societal needs, and connecting students with enterprises, is one of the key factors contributing to the University’s quality and reputation. Today’s Career Fair is not only an opportunity for students to access real-world career prospects, but also a venue where companies can seek out young talents equipped with knowledge, skills, and a progressive spirit.”

One of the most impressive highlights of this year’s event was the colorful opening ceremony, featuring a lion dance performance and sparkling electric fireworks, marking the beginning of the festival of connection - opportunity - development.

In addition, many companies awarded valuable scholarships to outstanding students through the University. These meaningful contributions not only support students on their academic journey but also demonstrate the enterprises’ social responsibility toward the younger generation. Notable contributors included: Global labor supplying and tourism trade Joint Stock Company; Socotec Vietnam Co., Ltd; Le Anh Training & Human Resource Co., Ltd. Each of these organizations donated 100 million VND to the University’s Scholarship Fund.

With hundreds of job openings and internship opportunities in many fields such as engineering, technology, finance, marketing, production, logistics, etc., the event attracted strong interest from students across all cohorts, especially final-year students. Key activities included company showcases, on-site interviews, career counseling sessions, and networking events with recruiters.

The Career Fair once again affirms the University of Transport Technology’s role in training high-quality human resources while continuously expanding its partnerships with businesses, aiming toward sustainable development and deeper integration.
