Prior to the official defense session, on the afternoon of 29 January 2026, the University organized a Poster Exhibition and Project Networking event on the first floor of Building A8 as part of the competition. The open exhibition space attracted significant interest from lecturers, students, and competing teams, creating opportunities for idea presentation, academic exchange, and professional networking. Notably, the Organizing Committee encouraged teams whose ideas were not selected for the final round to participate in the exhibition in order to seek additional team members, refine their models, and continue developing their projects in the future.
