Closing Ceremony for Human Resource Development Program on Logistics Technology and Maintenance

On 12 March 2015, the Closing ceremony for Human Resource Development Program on Logistics Technology and Maintenance was organised at University of Transport Technology. From UTT, attending the ceremony were Dr. Do Ngoc Vien – Rector, Dr. Vu Ngoc Khiem – Vice rector and the leaders of Faculties, Departments and Centers; From Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), Japan were Mr. Kunio Takeda – Chief Oficial, International Logistics Division, MLIT, Japan and students of Logistics technology and maintenance course.


Human Resource Development Program on Logistics Technology and Maintenance was organised from 09/3 - 12/3/2015, while studying with Japanese experts, students accessed to many theoretical and practical issues relating to freight forwarders, maintenance, vehicle safety and road safety management and the process of freight forwarders. In addition, the students had opportunities to learn about culture, customs and working style of Japan people and the country.


At the Ceremony, Dr. Do Ngoc Vien appreciated the cooperation of the International Logistics Division, Japan and the University of Transport Technology, as well as an intimate relationship between Vietnam and Japan. This is the first Human Resource Development Program on Logistics Technology and Maintenance between University of Transport Technology and International Logistics Division. Therefore, Dr. Do Ngoc Vien expected to continue this kind of training in Logistics as well as other related programs in the near future.After the speech, Dr. Do Ngoc Vien and Mr. Kunio Takeda awarded certificates to the students of the program.
