Opening Ceremony of the Political Theory Training Course for Prospective Party Members – Class K38A
On the morning of May 9, the University of Transport Technology (UTT), in coordination with the Party Committee of Hanoi Universities and Colleges, solemnly held the opening ceremony of the Political Theory Training Course for Prospective Party Members – Class K38A. The course aims to provide participants with fundamental knowledge about the Communist Party, thereby creating conditions for outstanding individuals to continue striving and training themselves to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Attending the program were representatives of the Party Committee of Hanoi Universities and Colleges. On behalf of UTT, participants included members of the University Party Committee, representatives of Party cells, the Youth Union, the Student Association, and 379 outstanding individuals consisting of staff members, lecturers, and students with excellent achievements in study and work who joined the course.

Overview of the program

In her remarks at the ceremony, the representative of the Party Committee of Hanoi Universities and Colleges emphasized that the training course provides outstanding individuals with fundamental knowledge about the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam; the core contents of the Platform for National Construction during the Transition Period to Socialism; Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle; the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam; and the orientation for striving to become Party members. Through the course, participants are expected to build proper motivation for joining the Party and continue improving their political steadfastness, ethics, lifestyle, and sense of responsibility in study and work.

Mr. Vu Ngoc Khiem – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Standing Vice Rector of the University of Transport Technology expressed gratitude to the Party Committee of Hanoi Universities and Colleges for entrusting the University as a coordinating unit in organizing the course. He also encouraged participants to uphold a strong sense of responsibility, strictly comply with class regulations, actively study and conduct research, and apply theoretical knowledge to their academic, professional, and personal development activities.
Representing the course participants, a representative of the outstanding individuals expressed honor at being selected to attend the training course and affirmed their commitment to strictly following course regulations, studying diligently, and continuously striving to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
According to the plan, the training course will take place from May 9 to May 18, 2026 at the Grand Hall of the University of Transport Technology. During the course, participants will study various topics related to Party history, Ho Chi Minh thought, the Platform for National Construction during the Transition Period to Socialism, the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam, domestic and international current affairs, and orientations for striving to become Party members.
The first lecture took place immediately after the opening ceremony concluded.
