Throughout its more than 80 years of development, the University of Transport Technology has consistently prioritised creating an educational environment that integrates academic learning with research, practical training and innovation. Scientific research not only enables students to apply the knowledge they have acquired but also provides opportunities to develop critical thinking, working methodologies, problem-solving skills and, gradually, their research and innovation capabilities within their respective disciplines.

The achievements recorded during the past academic year demonstrate that scientific research is becoming an increasingly important part of the learning and personal development experience of UTT students. Through each research project, initiative and competition, students gain valuable opportunities to challenge themselves, accumulate experience and apply classroom knowledge to specific real-world problems.

The Student Scientific Research Awards Ceremony for the 2025–2026 academic year recognised the dedication and efforts of students and their academic supervisors while further encouraging scientific research and innovation activities throughout the University.
