Connecting Businesses and Career Orientation for International Business Students

On the morning of May 7, 2026, the International Business Division under the Faculty of Management, University of Transport Technology (UTT), organized the seminar “Career Orientation for International Business Students” with the participation of a large number of students.

The program featured guest speakers from industry, including Mr. Pham Thanh Tuyen – Global Planning Director at Pixelz, and Ms. Le Thi Phuong Dung – Project Manager at FPT Corporation.

At the seminar, the speakers shared valuable practical experiences regarding the labor market, enterprise recruitment requirements, and career development journeys in the field of International Business. Through real-life stories, career perspectives, and insights into modern business trends, students gained a clearer understanding of the working environment in the context of international integration and digital transformation.

Through the program, students were guided on the skills they should prepare while still at university, career opportunities in the field of international business, and ways to enhance their mindset, attitude, and adaptability to meet the increasingly demanding expectations of employers.

In particular, the Q&A session and interactive mini games created an enthusiastic atmosphere, allowing students to directly engage with the speakers, exchange viewpoints, and gain useful experiences for their future academic and career development journeys.

The seminar not only provided practical knowledge but also inspired and motivated International Business students in their career orientation and personal development process.
