Fresh graduate engineers of UTT got jobs from Japan
Cooperation program with Japanese companies to recruit graduate students to work in Japan has been a bridge to open a new page of career for Fresh graduate engineers of UTT.
On Sep 14th, 2016, UTT wished 5 graduate students farewell to go to Japan to work as engineers at prestige companies in Automotive Mechanics field. While working, students will be trained as leaders, managers in factory. They will discover and develop technology of their company with Japanese experts. UTT also proposed to Japanese companies to have a training plan, so that, when come back to Vietnam, students can quickly integrate with the interior working environment and continue promoting knowledge and experiences that they got from Japan to develop their careers in Vietnam.

In August per year, UTT cooperates with Japanese companies to organize Job search and interview Seminar for last-year students and graduate students. After an successful interview, student will get a scholarship to learn Japanese from Japanese company and will get from UTT a training course on soft-skills, vocational guidance before going to Japan to work.

Right after receiving the Diploma , students will get a Certificate of Eligibility from Japanese Government to work in Japan for 5 years. They will have all the benefits and working environment as much as engineers that graduated in Japan have. Students are allowed to bring their families in the time that they work in Japan.
