Meeting on cooperation between Gamron Industries (Malaysia) and University of Transport Technology

On January 29th 2016, University of Transport Technology organized a meeting with Gamron Industries (Malaysia) on cooperation in researching and development of road marking paint and traffic safety products. Attending the meeting were Mr. Steven N.F. Chin – Director of Gamron. From UTT were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Van Dong - Rector, Dr. Vu Ngoc Khiem - Vice Rector, Dr. Ngo Quoc Trinh - Head of Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy – senior researcher and UTT experts in paint and construction materials.  

Gamron Industries is a Road Marking Solution Specialist based in Malaysia. The company manufactures a wide range of thermoplastic road marking materials, each tailored for different needs and requirements.

At the meeting, both sides agreed to cooperate in developing road marking paint which is suitable with the weather and traffic condition in Vietnam. Mr. Steven N.F. Chin thanked Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Van Dong about the warmly welcome and confirmed he would actively promote the cooperation between the University and Gamron soon after the meeting.
