The signing ceremony for Cooperation of Hiroshima University – Japan with students and teachers of University of Transport Technology (UTT)

In the morning of Aug 8th, 2016, the representatives from UTT and Hiroshima University (Japan) has signed a Minute Of Agreement on Academic Cooperation and Education Exchange for students and teachers, opened a new developing way for both sides.

The delegation of Hiroshima University (Japan) had Prof. Yoshihisa Kawahara – Vice Rector as the leader and Prof. Toru Takashina - Head of Department of International Relations. On behalf of UTT, there were Prof. Dr. Dao Van Dong – UTT Rector; Prof. Vu Ngoc Khiem – Vice Rector and leaders from Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation, Faculty of Civil Engineering and many teachers and students that concerned about Master and Ph.D Exchange Program for students and teachers attended the ceremony.

Prof. Yoshihisa Kawahara – Vice Rector of Hiroshima University (Japan) introduces the Faculty of Civil Engineering and learning program in Hiroshima University.

After the discussion and agreement, both sides has signed a Minute Of Agreement on Academic Cooperation and Master and Ph.D Exchange Program for students and teachers. It allows students that are graduating or attending Master Program and teachers that are working in UTT to learn in Hiroshima University – Japan.


Prof. Dr. Dao Van Dong and Prof. Yoshihisa Kawahara represent for their University to sign a Minute Of Agreement.

Prof. Dr. Dao Van Dong supposed there is a teacher of UTT that is attending Master Program and Post-graduate Program at Hiroshima University - Japan. As the Rector of UTT, he thanked for the support of Hiroshima University - Japan in the previous time, as post-graduate training and enhancing capabilities for teachers and students of UTT is essential, so they can approach new knowledge from all over the world. UTT will offer the best conditions so the cooperation between both sides can have the highest efficiency, strengthen the close relationship, sustainable development between UTT and Hiroshima University in particular and between Vietnam and Japan in general.
