UTT Participates in the 2026 University Admission and Career Counseling Day in Nghe An and Thanh Hoa

On 17–18 January 2026, the University of Transport Technology (UTT) took part in a series of events titled “2026 University Admission and Career Counseling Day” held at Vinh University (Nghe An Province) and Hong Duc University (Thanh Hoa Province).

The programme was jointly organised by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, the Department of Higher Education – Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), and local authorities. As an annual initiative of significant importance, the event serves as a direct platform connecting higher education institutions with high school students and parents across the North Central region of Vietnam.

The event took place at a critical time when Grade 12 students were entering the final preparation phase for the National High School Graduation Examination, while also seeking information to make informed decisions regarding university selection, academic majors, and future career orientation. As a result, the counselling days attracted a large number of students, parents, and teachers.

During the general counselling sessions, representatives from the Department of Higher Education (MOET) and experts from leading universities provided first-hand information and addressed questions related to admission methods, major selection, employment prospects, and academic pathways for prospective students.

At the UTT counselling booth, students and parents received in-depth guidance from the University’s faculty members and staff on:

  • Admission methods for the 2026 intake
  • Academic programmes, learning outcomes, and career opportunities
  • Career orientation aligned with students’ abilities and interests
  • Tuition fees, scholarship schemes, and joint training programmes

Numerous inquiries concerning programmes in engineering, technology, transportation, logistics, and information technology were directly addressed, enabling prospective students to gain clearer insights when selecting suitable fields of study.

In addition to counselling activities, UTT prepared a range of meaningful gifts for participating students, contributing to a dynamic, friendly, and engaging atmosphere throughout the event.

Through this series of activities, the University of Transport Technology once again reaffirmed its commitment to accompanying students in career orientation, while providing official, comprehensive, and timely admission information to candidates nationwide.
