“UTT School Beauty 2026” – A Platform Spreading the Cultural Values of UTT Students

Amid the vibrant atmosphere of student learning and training activities at the Phú Thọ campus, on March 5, 2026, University of Transport Technology (UTT) organized the contest “UTT School Beauty 2026.” The program is a meaningful activity aimed at honoring the elegance and civility of UTT students, while celebrating International Women’s Day (March 8) and spreading positive values of campus culture within the university environment.

The program was conducted as part of the practical component of the Soft Skills course, organized by the Division of Soft Skills – Department of Digital Economy, Institute of Innovation and Digital Economy, in coordination with the Youth Union – Student Association and the National Defense – Security and Physical Education Center, during the period when students participated in the National Defense and Security Education program in Phú Thọ. This is an interdisciplinary educational model that integrates military discipline, physical training, soft skills, and behavioral culture, contributing to shaping the image of UTT students as intelligent – civilized – resilient – globally integrated.

The program was attended by representatives of the University’s leadership, faculties, and divisions, along with experts, enterprise partners, and a large number of students. The participation of partner enterprises not only enhanced the practical relevance of the program but also demonstrated the strong linkage between the University – enterprises – students in human resource development.

The contest took place in a dynamic and engaging atmosphere, featuring a variety of activities that highlighted the creativity and confidence of UTT students. Contesting teams showcased outfits associated with student life, including school uniforms, club attire, military uniforms, sportswear, Youth Union uniforms, and traditional áo dài. Through their performances and presentations, the teams conveyed meaningful messages about campus culture, student identity, and pride in UTT.

The presentation and situational response segments offered insightful perspectives on topics such as behavioral culture in the university environment, the image of students in the digital era, and youth responsibility toward society. Contestants demonstrated strong presentation skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and confidence in addressing practical scenarios posed by the judging panel.

In addition, artistic performances, stage presentations, and fashion showcases created an energetic atmosphere, clearly reflecting the creativity, youthful energy, and unity of UTT students. Notably, the program featured an opening performance by female lecturers and students in response to “Áo dài Week” and in celebration of International Women’s Day (March 8), adding a meaningful highlight to the event.

Through the contest, the Organizing Committee conveyed a key message to students: the beauty of students lies not only in appearance but also in knowledge, culture, and character. In the context of modern society and the digital era, each student is encouraged to proactively build their personal brand through a serious learning attitude, civilized behavior, a strong sense of social responsibility, and a positive, professional self-image.

The contest concluded in a vibrant and emotional atmosphere, leaving a strong impression on students, lecturers, and attendees.
