UTT Students Participate in an Experiential Field Visit at Phát Đại Lâm Co., Ltd. (Hanoi)
As part of activities to strengthen the linkage between academic training and professional practice, the University of Transport Technology (UTT) organized an experiential field visit for students majoring in Marketing Management under the Faculty of Management at Phát Đại Lâm Co., Ltd. (Hanoi).
During the program, the delegation of lecturers and students from UTT was warmly received by the leadership of Phát Đại Lâm Co., Ltd. Mr. Nguyễn Văn Lâm – Director of the Company, together with representatives of the executive board and professional departments, directly engaged with the delegation and shared valuable insights into the company’s production and business operations. Representing the University, the program was attended by Doctor (PhD) Nguyễn Hùng Cường – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Management, Head of the Business Administration Division, along with lecturers and class advisors.
During the working session, students were introduced to an overview of the company’s establishment history, organizational structure, operating model, inter-departmental coordination processes, as well as practical experience in management, business operations, and technical services at Phát Đại Lâm Co., Ltd.

The program also created opportunities for lecturers and students to engage directly with enterprise representatives to discuss the actual working environment, professional skill requirements, and human resource development orientations. Notably, during the company tour, students visited various departments, learned about operational processes, and experienced firsthand the operation of oversized and overweight transport vehicles—one of the company’s distinctive strengths.

Enterprise field visits serve as an important foundation for the University to further expand cooperation in training, internships, and career orientation, thereby contributing to the enhancement of human resource quality for students of the University of Transport Technology in the coming period.
