UTT Students Participate in Parade Commemorating the 140th Anniversary of International Workers’ Day
On the morning of April 28, 2026, in the solemn and vibrant atmosphere of activities celebrating the 140th anniversary of International Workers’ Day (May 1, 1886 – May 1, 2026), students of the University of Transport Technology (UTT) participated in support activities and joined the parade organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour in Hanoi.

From early morning, UTT students gathered at the assembly area in front of Thong Nhat Park, demonstrating discipline, professionalism, and readiness to take part in a large-scale event of significant political and social importance. At exactly 8:00 AM, the parade officially commenced, moving from Thong Nhat Park to the Vietnam–Soviet Friendship Labour Cultural Palace in a solemn, synchronized, and spirited atmosphere.

The event brought together a large number of participants, creating an impressive overall scene that clearly reflected the spirit of solidarity and strength of the Vietnamese working class and labor force in the new era. Among the marching contingents, UTT students stood out with their professional demeanor, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility, contributing to the overall success of the program.
Participation in the event was not only a political duty but also an opportunity for students to gain practical experience, enhance organizational skills, foster teamwork, and strengthen civic awareness. Through this activity, the pioneering role of UTT youth in community engagement and their active participation in major national events continues to be affirmed.
This activity further demonstrates the proactiveness, responsibility, and credibility of the University of Transport Technology in coordinating with major agencies and organizations, while contributing to the comprehensive education of students—developing not only professional competence but also social responsibility and a spirit of dedication.
The active and professional participation of UTT students left a strong impression, helping to promote the image of a dynamic, responsible student generation ready to contribute to the community.
