University of Transport Technology Conducts Training on Full-time Undergraduate Admissions Consulting for 2026
In order to enhance the effectiveness of admissions consulting and update the latest information on admissions, on March 6, 2026, University of Transport Technology (UTT) organized a training session on full-time undergraduate admissions consulting for 2026 for staff and lecturers from Faculties, Institutes, and Centers across the University. The session was chaired by Dr. Ngô Quốc Trinh – Head of the Department of Academic Affairs.
The program not only helped participants grasp new updates in the 2026 admissions process but also served as a forum for sharing experience and improving consulting skills as well as career guidance for prospective students.
At the training session, representatives of the Department of Academic Affairs presented and guided key contents related to the University’s admissions, including: general admissions information; newly proposed academic programs; subject combinations for admission; methods for calculating high school transcript-based scores; tuition fees; application dossiers for transcript-based admission; and eligibility requirements for training programs. In addition, topics related to consulting skills, career orientation for high school students, and handling situations in both direct and online consulting were discussed and clarified.

The discussion session took place in an active and engaging atmosphere, with many contributions from staff and lecturers sharing practical experience in admissions consulting activities. Various proposals were put forward to innovate approaches to reaching prospective students through social media and digital platforms, strengthen coordination among Faculties, Institutes, Centers, and functional units, and promote the role of lecturers and students in career orientation activities at high schools.

Through the training program, UTT’s staff and lecturers were further equipped with knowledge, skills, and effective approaches for admissions consulting. They are now ready to participate in consulting and providing guidance to parents and students at the Admissions and Career Guidance Day on March 8, 2026 at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, as well as in other admissions activities throughout the 2026 admissions season.
