University of Transport Technology Organizes Traffic Safety Law Awareness Program at Phu Tho Campus
On April 14, 2026, at the Grand Hall of the Phu Tho Campus, the University of Transport Technology (UTT), in coordination with the Traffic Police Division of Phu Tho Provincial Police, organized a program to disseminate legal regulations on road traffic order and safety, as well as to provide guidance on safe traffic participation skills for students.
The program was implemented in accordance with coordination plans and regulations between relevant authorities and the education sector in ensuring security, order, and traffic safety in the current context. This is a practical activity aimed at raising awareness, promoting compliance with the law, and equipping students with essential skills for safe participation in traffic.
Overview of the program
Attending the program, from the Traffic Police Division – Phu Tho Provincial Police were Major Nguyễn Việt Hùng – Deputy Head of the Division for Communication, Accident Investigation and Traffic Violation Handling; and First Lieutenant Nguyễn Văn Hòa – Officer of the same division.
From the University of Transport Technology were Dr. Vương Văn Sơn – representative of the Phu Tho Campus; along with leaders of departments, faculties, divisions, and a large number of students.

Speaking at the program, Dr. Vương Văn Sơn emphasized that alongside academic training, the University places strong emphasis on educating students about civic responsibility and legal compliance. In particular, traffic safety law education is a practical and essential component closely linked to daily life. Through the program, students not only updated their knowledge of new legal regulations but also acquired necessary skills for safe traffic participation, contributing to accident prevention and the development of a responsible traffic culture in the community.

At the program, First Lieutenant Nguyễn Văn Hòa directly delivered key contents regarding the Party’s and State’s policies on ensuring traffic order and safety; introduced new provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and relevant decrees. In addition, traffic police officers guided students on practical skills to prevent traffic accidents and handle common situations encountered while participating in traffic.
A highlight of the program was the interactive discussion session, where students raised practical questions and received direct answers, helping them absorb knowledge in a vivid, accessible manner and apply it effectively in daily life.

The program was conducted in a serious yet engaging atmosphere and received positive responses from students. Through this activity, the University continues to affirm its role in coordinating with relevant authorities to enhance legal education, contributing to building a safe and civilized academic environment.
The traffic safety law awareness program at the Phu Tho Campus concluded successfully, delivering practical knowledge and meaningful messages about individual responsibility in traffic participation, aiming toward a safe and sustainable traffic environment.
