I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
The undergraduate program in Financial Technology (FinTech) is developed with an application-oriented approach, aiming to train bachelors in Financial Technology with political integrity, professional ethics, solid academic knowledge, and practical skills to meet the development needs of the finance and banking sector in the context of digital transformation and international integration. The program equips learners with a foundational knowledge base in social sciences, economics, management, mathematics, and information technology, while providing fundamental and advanced knowledge in finance and banking, digital finance, financial technology, electronic payment systems, financial data analysis, artificial intelligence in finance, information security, and financial risk management.
In addition to specialized knowledge, the program places strong emphasis on developing essential professional skills, including the application of information technology and specialized software in financial analysis, management, and decision-making; planning, organizing, and operating financial and banking activities in digital environments; analyzing, evaluating, and solving practical problems; working independently and in teams; communication, consultancy, and negotiation skills; and the effective use of foreign languages in international working environments. Learners are also trained to develop a professional working style, discipline, a strong sense of responsibility, self-directed learning capacity, innovative thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Upon graduation, graduates of the Financial Technology program may undertake positions such as digital finance specialists, financial and data analysts, financial technology system development and management specialists, and financial risk management officers at commercial banks, credit institutions, enterprises, economic groups, and FinTech companies; or work at state management agencies related to the finance and banking sector. Graduates are also well prepared to pursue postgraduate studies and research in Financial Technology, Finance and Banking, and related economic disciplines.

The total volume of the entire program is 135 credits, not including Physical Education (04 credits) and National Defense and Security Education (09 credits).
