I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION

The undergraduate program in International Business is developed with an application-oriented approach, aiming to train bachelors in International Business with political integrity, professional ethics, solid academic knowledge, and practical skills that meet the development needs of international business and trade in the context of globalization, international economic integration, and digital transformation. The program equips learners with a strong foundation in social sciences, economics, management, and information technology, while providing fundamental and advanced knowledge in international economics, international trade, international business management, the global business environment, international business strategy, supply chain management, logistics, import–export operations, international payment systems, e-commerce, and international transportation.

In addition to specialized knowledge, the program emphasizes the development of essential professional skills, including international market analysis; planning, organizing, and implementing global business strategies; performing import–export operations, international payments, contract negotiation, and trade contract execution; managing international logistics and supply chains; applying digital technologies and industry-specific software in business operations; working independently and in teams; communication, consultancy, and negotiation skills in multicultural environments; and effective use of foreign languages and information technology. Learners are also trained to develop a professional working style, discipline, responsibility, self-directed learning capacity, innovative thinking, and adaptability to the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Upon graduation, graduates of the International Business program may undertake positions such as international business specialists, import–export officers, logistics and supply chain specialists at manufacturing, trading, and logistics enterprises and multinational corporations; international finance and payment officers at commercial banks and credit institutions; trade promotion and external relations officers at state management agencies; or lecturers and researchers at relevant educational institutions and research institutes.
