UTT Signs Cooperation Agreement with Don State Technical University, Russian Federation
On the morning of November 4, the Hanoi Campus of the University of Transport Technology (UTT) hosted a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement between UTT and Don State Technical University (DSTU) of the Russian Federation. The partnership aims to promote collaboration, academic exchange, and the development of joint training and scientific research initiatives.
Representing UTT were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Hoang Long, Rector; Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Vice Rector; along with leaders from various departments across the University.
From Don State Technical University, the delegation included Prof. Dr. Sci. Alexey Nikolaevich Beskopylny, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and International Cooperation; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Natalia Igorevna Beskopylnaya, Head of the Department of Information Technology in Construction, together with other institutional representatives.

During the ceremony, leaders from both institutions presented an overview of their respective strengths and discussed areas of collaboration, including faculty and student exchanges; development of international joint-training programs; coordinated scientific research projects; organization of international conferences; and the official signing of cooperation agreements.
Following the ceremony, UTT assigned the Faculty of Engineering and the Institute of Transport Technology as focal units responsible for coordinating and implementing subsequent activities under the partnership.
