Conference Announcing the Resolution on the Reappointment of the Vice Rector of the University of Transport Technology

On December 30, 2025, the University of Transport Technology (UTT) held a Conference to announce the Resolution on the reappointment of Dr. Nguyễn Văn Lâm to the position of Vice Rector. The Conference was conducted in a solemn and warm atmosphere, reflecting the University’s trust and recognition of Dr. Nguyễn Văn Lâm’s contributions, dedication, and managerial capacity over the past term.

Attending the Conference were Assoc. Prof., Dr. Vũ Ngọc Khiêm, Party Secretary and Chairperson of the University Council; Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyễn Hoàng Long, Deputy Party Secretary and Rector; the Vice Rectors; members of the Party Executive Committee; members of the University Council; the Chairperson of the University Trade Union; the Secretary of the Youth Union; and representatives of leaders of affiliated units.

At the Conference, Assoc. Prof., Dr. Vũ Ngọc Khiêm, Party Secretary and Chairperson of the University Council, highly acknowledged and commended the efforts, sense of responsibility, and significant contributions of Dr. Nguyễn Văn Lâm during his previous term. In his role as Vice Rector, Dr. Nguyễn Văn Lâm, together with the Board of Rectors, effectively led and directed the implementation of many key tasks, contributing to the improvement of training quality, the promotion of scientific research, the strengthening of international cooperation, the advancement of digital transformation, and the development of an increasingly professional and modern educational environment.
