Conference Reviewing the Party Committee’s Work of the University of Transport Technology in 2025 and Implementing Tasks for 2026
On December 30, 2025, the University of Transport Technology (UTT) held a Conference to review the Party Committee’s work in 2025 and to implement tasks for 2026. Attending the Conference were Mr. Vũ Ngọc Khiêm, Party Secretary and Chairperson of the University Council; members of the Party Executive Committee; representatives of subordinate Party committees and Party cells; and leaders of units across the University.
Presenting the review report at the Conference, Dr. Trần Thanh An, Vice Rector, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and Head of the Inspection Committee, stated that in 2025, the Party Committee effectively focused on leading political and ideological work; thoroughly disseminated resolutions and directives; synchronously implemented Party building and rectification; and achieved and exceeded targets for new Party member development. Inspection, supervision, anti-corruption efforts, and the practice of thrift were strengthened; the organizational structure was streamlined in association with administrative reform and digital transformation. The Party Committee also emphasized closely integrating Party work with training, scientific research, and student support. The report additionally identified certain limitations and proposed solutions for remediation in 2026.

At the Conference, Dr. Dương Thị Ngọc Thu, Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel and Member of the Party Executive Committee of the University, presented the draft Program on Inspection and Supervision of the Party Executive Committee of the University of Transport Technology for 2026; simultaneously announced the results of classification of Party organizations and Party members, and commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025.

Delivering concluding remarks, Mr. Vũ Ngọc Khiêm, Party Secretary and Chairperson of the University Council, requested Party committees and Party cells at all levels to continue upholding a strong sense of responsibility and exemplary conduct, strengthening discipline and order; accelerating digital transformation and renewing leadership methods; and closely linking Party work with the University’s strategic development tasks.
With high determination and strong consensus across the entire Party Committee, the University of Transport Technology strives to successfully accomplish its tasks in 2026, contributing to the University’s sustainable and modern development in response to the requirements of the sector and society.
